Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain excavators and trucks for Civil Electrical Works
- Operate company trucks, including crane trucks (Training and licensing provided at the company’s cost)
- Effectively manage excavations and conduit installations with minimal supervision
- Interpret Dial Before You Dig documents (Training and licensing provided at the company’s cost)
- Maintain vehicles and plant, including daily checks
- Trouble Shoot minor machine and truck operating issues
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality control
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues quickly
- Good understanding of safety procedures and compliance
- Ability to read drawings and project specifications
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
